Draw Real People! is a drawing guide for anyone who wants to create realism in their artwork. After working with beginning artists of all ages, for many years, I have found that the most common stumbling block is not "What should I draw?" but, "How do I make what I draw look real?"
You can make your drawings look real. But first you must learn to change the way you "see" things. You have to change the way you look at your subject matter. I know it probably sounds difficult, but it isn't as hard as it sounds. The key is seeing everything you draw as nothing but large and small shapes, all connected together, much like those of a puzzle.
